SSL Revoked Error in Firefox

#1

A little off-topic, but just thought I’d mention I started getting an error when accessing these forums in Firefox.

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to discuss.rocketjump.com. Peer’s Certificate has been revoked. (Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate)

Works fine in Chrome or if I turn off “Query OCSP responder servers…”, but shouldn’t have to do this.

Not sure why it’s not validating the SSL properly, but worth looking into.

@Danny Can you help out?

#3

I have the same issue.
May be due to a recent Firefox update.

#4

This is happening in avast! Antivirus too. *.rocketjump.com’s certificate has been revoked.

#5

It’s not a Firefox specific problem - had the same issue on my phone.

I think Chrome just lets it slide, while other browsers are a little more strict.

#6

Ah, Firefox and the Internet Explorer on my PC are the ones being troublesome for me. The base Android browser on my phone as well as Chrome are working fine.

#8

I can access the site in Firefox now :sunny:

#9

Awww, and now I can’t again.

Webmaster @Danny is currently working on the situation hang tight guys!

#11

Give it a go now everyone! Discourse updated and broke our certificate chain.

Firefox is working here for me again. Thanks for taking care of the problem @Danny .
